TRANSMISSION REBUILDING

Complete dis-assembly, degrease, tumble
and paint exterior component correct colors. Additional parts as required.

| Glass bead blast, inspect for cracks
and proper fit all interior components. New bearings and seals if required.

BELL HOUSING REBUILDING

| Dis-assembe, degrease, and paint exterior.
Remove and replace both shafts. Remove and install new bushings and ream
to size. |

Clean, hone T/O brg. fork and clutch lever,
install. Back counterface wishbone pivot bolt holes and install hardened
sleeves. |

PEDAL REBUILDING
|
|||
Clean, glass bead blast pedals, check
for straightness. Remove old bushing, replace and hone to size. Clutch
pedal barrel bore is |
|||
welded and re-machined to the correct
diameter. Old pads are cut off and replacement pads are aligned and welded
in place. |
