Housing is dis-assembled, degreased, tumbled and deburred. Old bushings are removed, and housing is counterbored for seal.

New bushings are installed and honed to correct size. Seal is installed. You need to supply rebuildable core.

Components are dis-assembled, cleaned and glass bead blasted. New bearings and seals. All adjustments are made on the bench to

assure accuracy. Additional parts as required.Steering sector housing seal installed and is available with bushings or needle bearings.

Perches are degreased, tumbled, them glass bead blasted. Threads are chased and old bushing removed. Welding as required.

If necessary, the ball can be replaced. Perch is bored for new bushing and bushing is installed. You supply a good, rebuildable core.

Complete dis-assembly, wash, tumble and de-grease. Items are stripped, repaired if required and sent to nickel platers.

They are correctly bright and butler nickel plated, then reassembled using original hardware for correct function.
